Additional Comments......Ruben is rarely found at the track without a big smile, he loves being a jockey and is friendly with basically everyone at the track.......Rode Snip N Dale in a number of Quarter Horse events, Snip N Dale is one of the top Quarter Horses to race at Portland Meadows in the last decade.......Suffered a neck injury in the summer of 2011 and is expected to be back riding at Portland Meadows sometime during the 2011/12 season.
