Portland Meadows and the Oregon H.B.P.A. have teamed up to offer guests of our Off Track Betting (OTB) sites Mystery Vouchers that total over $40,000. All you have to do to get your set of Mystery Vouchers (each voucher is worth anywhere from $3 to $100) is visit your neighborhood OTB when they are having their Summer Guest Appreciation Party. Each party is free of charge and is complete with:
Mystery Vouchers;
Great food specials,
Prizes including official racing merchandise; and
Free cake
