Please note that the odds displayed on the infield tote board and those that appear above the running numbers on the viedeo monitors during the race are considered APPROXIMATE until final pool totals have been received from all commingled off-track simulcast locations.
WAGERING NOTICE: When Portland Meadows commingles its wagers with other racetracks and a totalisator or communication failure occurs resulting in the inability of the host track to successfully accept all of the wagering data from Portland Meadows, the following shall apply:
Where wagering pool information (odds,probable payoffs, pool totals) have been displayed to the public at Portland Meadows prior to the start of the race, host track prices will be paid (i.e. win, place, show, exacta, daily double). Where wagering pool information is not displayed to the public (i.e. trifecta, triple), the host track.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: When placing your wager(s), be certain that you indicate the desired track name, then race number, before calling your bet(s). Remember to always carefully examine your ticket(s) for complete correctness before leaving the area of the mutuel window. Adjustments must be made no later than the close of betting for the specific race. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PORTLAND MEADOWS HONOR ANY CLAIMS OR ACCEPT ANY REPSONSIBILITY FOR INACCURATE TICKETS OR INCOMPLETE TRANSACTIONS THAT MAY BE THE RESULT OF MISCOMMUNICATION, MISUNDERSTANDING, ERROR OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
