To cash a winning pari-mutuel ticket by mail:
Please send your winning ticket, along with your name, address and phone number, to the above address, attention "Mutuels Department". Please send the ticket via certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, and that you retain a copy for your records.
Winning pari-mutuel tickets purchased on or after July 1, 2009 through and including June 30, 2010, become void at the close of business on September 28, 2010.
